Round-trip transfers: Includes pick-up transfers from the airport or bus terminal at the start of the tour, as well as the return transfer to the airport or terminal at the end of the tour on the second day. This way, you don't need to worry about arrival and departure logistics.
1 night accommodation at Hotel Luna Salada: Accommodation is provided at the renowned Hotel Luna Salada, located near the Uyuni Salt Flat. This hotel offers a unique experience as it is built largely from blocks of salt from the salt flat itself, providing an authentic and memorable environment for your stay.
Full meal service (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner): During the tour, a full meal service is included. The first day's lunch is served at Hotel Luna Salada. Dinner is also provided at the hotel at the end of the day's activities. The following day, breakfast is included before the departure transfer. Entrance fees to Incahuasi Island: The entrance fee to Incahuasi Island is not included in the package price. This entrance costs approximately BOB 30 per person and must be paid directly on-site at the time of visit, if this stop is made during the tour. It is recommended to bring cash in local currency for this expense.
Bilingual guide: The bilingual guide service (Spanish/English or other language) is not guaranteed within the package, as its availability is subject to availability at the time of the tour. If this service is important to you, we recommend consulting in advance to check if it can be arranged.
Extras and alcoholic drinks: Any consumption outside the menu included in the package, as well as all alcoholic drinks, are at the passenger's expense. This includes any special orders during meal services at the hotel or other moments during the tour.
Tips: Tips for guides, drivers, or hotel staff are not included in the package price. If you wish to recognize the work of the team accompanying you during the tour, you may do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Operating season:

This tour operates exclusively during the dry season, which runs from May to November. It is recommended to check the availability of the product within these dates when making your reservation.

Itinerary conditions:

The itinerary described is suggested and subject to changes due to weather conditions or other operational circumstances beyond the operator’s control. If modifications are necessary, every effort will be made to maintain the quality and spirit of the original experience.

Payment policy:

To guarantee the reservation, 100% prepayment of the tour's value is required. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) but must be paid in Bolivian bolivianos (BOB) at the official exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.

Reservation confirmation:

The reservation will only be considered valid once written confirmation from the provider via email has been received. No reservation will be considered confirmed without this requirement being met.

Cancellation policies and penalties:

Once the service is confirmed, the package is non-refundable. However, a scale of penalties applies depending on when the cancellation is made:

From 30 to 15 days prior to the departure date: penalty of 20% of the total value.
From 14 to 6 days prior to the departure date: penalty of 50% of the total value.
From 5 to 0 days prior to the departure date: penalty of 100% of the total value, with no right to a refund.

Reservation modifications:

Reservation modifications are permitted, as long as they are requested at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled departure date. Modifications requested with shorter notice may not be accepted or may be subject to penalties.
